Brand new for this year I am offering turkey slate calls that feature a 3D printed pot and matching 3D printed striker topper. They are printed from PETG which is a very durable plastic that is temperature and UV resistant so it is great for the outdoors. The pot has a 4-slot design that creates an even tone across the striking surface and features my new logo on the bottom. I currently have them available in 3 colors (beige, green, and gray) and you can check them out on my Etsy shop.

About 6 months ago I bought a 3D printer with the intention to make some of my call parts. I was skeptical at first so I started with some simple parts and did some testing. The quality, strength, and durability of these parts exceeded my expectations so I have decided to include these 3D printed designs into my lineup. Look for them coming soon with turkey calls rolling out first.

page has now been updated! With this new business I’m planning to stay focused on making hunting game calls (duck, goose, and turkey) while also expanding into other woodworking, wood turning, and 3D printing projects.

I am happy to announce that Bassler Custom Calls is changing to Bassler Built. This side hobby has turned into a small business and I’m excited to get started. I will be making some changes to my page in the next couple of days.

Hi everyone with 2025 coming to an end I wanted to thank everyone who has supported me in this call making journey. I am always blown away by the kind words that I receive from customers and even better when I get pictures of successful hunts.
