Temperatures are rising, sunny days are finally getting her and A1 Pressure Washing LLC is back in the swing of things. Has been a busy month and only getting busier.. this post is all about return business. 2026 season finally up and going.. our interior winter work has ended for this year and weather is starting to cooperate to some extent.. been knocking out and scheduling lots of return customers and adding some new ones.. here are a few from the last week or two.. from tri-tone composite decking clean and sealed to concrete cleaning and sealing plus pool pads, wood decks, steps and landings cleaned and seal, pebble brook walks again cleaned and sealed. Just fyi.. not everyone is capable of cleaning and sealing of composite, most are novice with little experience and no knowledge of pressure vs chemicals. Just the cold hard truth.. just because they have a pressure washer doesn't mean they should! And once the job is done typically the damage is as well.

Another couple homes cleaned. 1 in preparation for Christmas lights the other was a recent buy and wanted it washed so they could get it buttoned up on the outside for winter and reattach siding and seal windows etc. It had sat and had been neglected so a cleaning needed done before they could start to think of what was priority. All in all it came out wonderful and only had 1 leak we found yet couldn't help that even performing a soft wash process. With temperatures set in its possible we are just shutting down for the season. We will move on to interior painting and light remodeling, see ya around February for all your exterior cleaning needs. 765-894-0670

Tennis Courts are not to be pressure washed. We use a soft wash technique to perform these tasks. As you can see a company before myself had attempted to clean with no avail but with damage to the Court itself. Here we tried to remove lineage and circles that were left behind then we proceeded to clean the entire Court of dirt, algae and mold.

✅️ The last post of this job earlier in the week the wood was wet in the end result pictures, here you will see starting photos, cleaned photos, and dried photos, then we start the sanding and staining process along with finished job photos.. No just power washing will not make your deck, porches or fencing look new, better but not new. Once wood is cleaned it appears beautiful wet, as it dries you will notice blemishes, dead wood fibers and most likely some missed spots as it is hard to see everything especially when its still wet or them not so perfect spots. It is hard to just "power wash" wood and get everything. Yes it will look much better but it is now dried of its last bit of ph balance it still had if any and any protection. It will weather and continue to deteriorate quite quickly without being nuitrelized and stained, sealed or both.. ✅️call now while there is still time. 1 winter may be the difference in us saving your wooden structures from complete failure. And the longer wood goes untouched the end results worsen. SO CALL AND SAVE YOUR WOODEN STRUCTURES NOW.. !!!!

One of a clients biggest mistakes is to paint ,use a solid or even a heavy semi transparent stain on wood. It does not hold up, it peels, chips, runs and just plain doesn't stick. Today we stripped these 2 wooden porches of their failing solid stain. We cleaned them up after with our wood brightener then nuitrelized the wood to give it a proper ph level. This restores wood to it's natural state. I just spoke with this customer and he stated it looks like brand new wood now, these pictures are while wet but now that its dry its very bright and clean like new. Results do vary on wood types, age and the shape the woods in. This customer likes the wet look and saw a few decks we have done this year and posted here on our A1 page. These other decks we restored this year using a 2 part stain and sealer after cleaning and sanding. This product we use leaves the deck looking wet and glossy almost as if it has an epoxy clear on it. So tomorrow we will return and start the process to give these 2 porches a light sanding and put the same product down he has saw in other posts we have made.. Will post those results in a couple of days.. ALSO Its not too late to get this done this year and help preserve the life of your wood decks, fences or structures. Call for a quote 765-894-0670

Got this vinyl fence and garage washed last week and while there removed this rear storm door, removed the glass, sanded it down, primed and painted. Cleaned, reinstalled glass and re-hung door.
