This is a story of a woman who lived her life in and out of hospitals. We had our daughter in 2009 and Ericka was a great mother, through her complex heart conditions to a major stroke and then to her death in 2024 leaving a young girl behind to try to figure out how to grieve. I have had Nevaeh in grief counseling for 2 years now to find out she cannot find comfort in the loss of her Mother whom was her biggest fan, supporter and friend 💔.. No Ericka and I were no longer together at the time of her passing in 2024 however being together since 2006 and having no say so then in 2024 what happened after her passing my hands were tied. Her daughter now 16 can legally have the plot deed in her name and we will lay Ericka to rest with the ashes Nevaeh holds and Roma Thomas holds which is Ericka's mother. She has no where for anyone to pay their respects, drop flowers off or for our daughter to visit. This is about Nevaeh needing this and Ericka deserves this. Thank you

We have painted plenty during the winter months on interior painting and light remodeling ect. Last year we painted a few homes in the Whitestown area, 1 in Zionsville and 2 in Lebanon. This year our first exterior prep Power Wash and exterior painting all completed by us was actually right here in A1 Pressure Washings home town of Thorntown. Located on beautiful S Market st. The new owner contacted us for a power wash and was overwhelmed a little with the bids she had for painting. A1 Pressure Washing was out near Montgomery Co yesterday morning before the storms hit. t was cutting it close as we were cleaning a Home, 2 barns all with some concrete cleaning involved plus a Horse trailer per the request of (ROWDY)... He is a little horse with a big personality. He was not amused to be placed in another area while we cleaned his personal home though. He is like a big dog, wants all the attention and is friendly and lovable as can be. He did try to eat my metal clipboard lol.. nice quiet place on a hill.

We also now offer interior painting in our winter months starting over the last few years and now we also offer exterior painting as well. Your typical home wash doesn't actually call for pressure but the cleaning itself involves things and chemicals that not everyone offers. Please be aware of one's claiming to be "Pressure Washers".. we can fix alot from someone incorrectly doing a job but not everything, proof of this in some of our posts over the years. Was a very busy month of May with lots of home washes, some concrete cleaning and sealing with 1 particular driveway having a fairly large oil stain removal on new concrete and a 12 x 30 concrete pad with corner lot sidewalks, cleaning new concrete is not something anyone can or should attempt as concrete is actually very soft, then continuing with 2 composite deck washes with composite sealer and 1 with some step repairs, yes your composite needs clean and sealed as well. Wrapped up the end of the month at a beautiful place for the wonderful owners of Nameless Catering amongst other businesses. Great people so support local. On their property we washeded their beautiful multi level home, with large wrap around porch cleaned and stained 2 decks 1 being a multi level pool deck also cleaned and stained, plus cleaned and sealed a beautiful Cedar sauna, we then cleaned and clear sealed their wooden entry walls and pool fencing, then finishing off with a complete restoration on 4 outdoor Cedar rocking chairs that turned out amazing. Temperatures are rising, sunny days are finally getting her and A1 Pressure Washing LLC is back in the swing of things. Just fyi.. not everyone is capable of cleaning and sealing of composite, most are novice with little experience and no knowledge of pressure vs chemicals. Just the cold hard truth.. just because they have a pressure washer doesn't mean they should! And once the job is done typically the damage is as well.
