We have wood! The warehouse team has sent up a lot of live edge walnut slabs (we now have over 100 walnut slabs, up to about 5- 1/2 feet in length - most are 2-inch-thick (good variety of shapes and colors). They are located to the right-side area of the checkout counter in our main building. We were out of 1-inch-thick cedar slabs but now have the biggest selection that we have had in a long time. We also now have a good number of Tree of Heaven 1-inch-thick slabs with gray color embedded (China-based tree came in to the country in the 1790s - see Internet for information about the Tree of Heaven).

We have added 2 more eagles to the showroom and American flags from reclaimed wood. Some interesting pieces of furniture are in the showroom at this time (some are sold but still wanted you to see them before they are picked up by the owners). Some new smaller items on display as well. Come and see what we are up to at this time.

We can say the Eagles have landed (arrived). It has taken us over 5 years to get some carved eagles back in the showroom. They are created from a root of a teak tree. Hope you enjoy the skilled work of the carver that made these eagles.

We just added some nice live edge 1" slabs and some shorter 2" walnut slabs. Very nice 1" flamed box elder slabs are among the ones added to the inventory. You will see some oval walnut rounds for the first time on our floor in about 3 years.

Everhart's wishes everyone a wonderful 2026 year. Looking back to 2025, we want to thank everyone for their business. Many folks who return to see us several times each year, bring their out-of-town company, and tell other people about us is also most appreciated. Lots of new plans for this year including refreshing the look of our showroom area as well as making new furniture items and adding more home decor items.

At the request of several of our customers, we are bringing back a duck decoy section, many of which are made by Big Sky Carvers from Boseman, Montana, Ducks Unlimited, and other decoy carvers. We are in the middle of obtaining them and making display bases for them.

For the first time in about 5 years, we are bringing back carved eagles made from a root of a teak tree, we are preparing several of them to go into the showroom in the near future.

I am adding several vintage home decor wood items including antique corbels that can be used as candle holders and vintage wood vases of different sizes.

We continue to stay on top of keeping our 1" slabs for our many wood crafters. We work hard to also keep a good supply of our 1" and 2" walnut live edge slabs.

Lastly, we are in the process of finalizing plans for a new workshop at our main site for our staff to make our furniture in.

We have now resupplied our 1" slabs section within the last week. It is the largest inventory of 1" slabs that we have had in a long time. The list includes Ambrosia Maple, Basswood, Box Elder, Cedar, Cherry, Oak, Magnolia, Poplar, Sassafras, Silver, Maple, Tree of Heaven, and Walnut.
