** Kitchen use is available for $10 extra when reserving the Shelter or Reception Room, if not already reserved. Shelter and room rentals are made on a first-come first-served basis. Payment may be mailed when reservation is made or deposited in the center’s Office box the day of the rental. A

Renter’s are responsible for:
• Cleaning the shelter or room rented, including bathrooms.
• Removing all trash, including trash in the bathrooms.
• Turning off all lights.
• Turning off all water.
• Cleaning barbecue pit, if used. FAILURE TO CLEAN OR REMOVE TRASH WILL RESULT IN A DEPOSIT FEE BEING CHARGED. with electric and water.
• Building doors will be opened in time for rental for bathroom access.
• Fires may be lighted in barbecue pit only. ROOM INFORMATION:
• Rooms are available for parties, receptions, family reunions etc
• Building doors will be opened prior to rental time unless other arrangements are made. When scheduling permits, renters may make arrangements to decorate room 1 day in advance. The center is not responsible for theft or damage to items left unattended at the center.
• 125 folding chairs and 14 tables are available for indoor use. DINING ROOM & KITCHEN:
Dining Room • Size: 22′ X 34′ (748 sq. Kitchen (located at rear of dining room, is included in dining room rental) • Size: 22′ X 8′ (176 sq. ft.)
• Includes refrigerator, freezer, ovens (2), and microwaves (2). Cancellation Policy:
For shelter rental, cancellation must be made at least 14 days in advance. For room rental, cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made after specified time require full payment for rental.
