Got to dust off the leather working tools for this job. A custom made hanging lamp shade being passed down to the next generation. Leather straps were dry and breaking so we replaced them. Such a cool piece.

Old vinyl was brittle and seams were splitting. New marine grade vinyl with a soft leather feel is lake ready again.
