Watering properly and mowing consistently at the same height every 7 days is half the battle. This customer has done well with her zoysiagrass. Some have received an inch or more of rain in the past 7-14 days while only a mile or two away only a few drops. This is a crucial time especially with fescue to water but not over water. Depending on rainfall fescue lawns need to ne watered with an irrigation system 30-45 minutes per zone 2-3 mornings a week. Possibly even up to an hour if out in the wide open. Best time to start is anywhere between 3am-5am depending on the number of zones. Bermudagrass/zoysiagrass should be 30-45 minutes a zone 1-2 but no more than 3 times a week depending on rainfall. Cooler temperatures and rainfall ahead possibly for the weekend 😎. Thanks for everyone's business!
