Since I was a child, I was always exposed to the element of construction. Everything from woodworking to welding, cement construction to furniture. No, I wasn't a child laborer. I just had a versatile grandfather. He was a guiding vector in my world. Always has been, always will be. I am grateful for the foundation he blessed me with. My family is incredibly important to me. They are the inspirati
on for my labors and designs. As with most of us, my youth was a time of exploration and lessons – some not always the easiest to learn but necessary and worthwhile. Today, I am a proud father and husband. Raquel, my loving wife of 23 years, shares my goals and ideals. Our three children teach us as much as we teach them. In my life's journey, I have been apprentice, foreman, project manager in different construction industries, been a "fuelie" in the Navy, studied architecture and design. And I have watched technology burst into the public eye and consume everything in its path. It serves a purpose and it's a fantastic tool. But it's a tool - not the end product. The end product is what is left behind for others to enjoy and admire. To utilize. To endure. You want to be comfortable in your environment - I can help you there.
