From an open floor plan to a workplace designed around how people actually work.

Clarify B2B’s new Tampa office was transformed into a modern, resimercial environment that blends the comfort of residential design with the functionality of the workplace. A mix of workstations, breakout rooms, conference spaces, and lounge and café areas give employees the freedom to choose the setting that best supports their day.

Workscapes helped bring the vision to life with furniture solutions that create distinct environments for focus, collaboration, meetings, and connection, all while maintaining a cohesive look and feel throughout the office.

A new chapter for an existing space. The renovation of Polk State College's LAC Building transformed a facility originally built in the 1980s into a modern, student-centered environment designed for the way students learn, collaborate, and connect today.

Workscapes provided furniture solutions throughout the renovated building, supporting 17 classrooms, 5 offices, a reception seating area, lobby study area, Salo Multipurpose Room, dining space, and multipurpose/dining space. Each setting was thoughtfully furnished to provide flexibility for different teaching styles, hands-on learning, focused study, and student connection.

The result is a refreshed learning environment that brings new energy and functionality to the LAC Building while supporting both students and faculty.

Education at every level. 📚✨

Education is an important part of who we are at Workscapes. We believe in creating opportunities to learn at every stage, whether that means investing in our own team, supporting our industry partners, or giving back to the next generation. Last week, our Tampa team had the opportunity to put that commitment into action in a few different ways.

Within our team: Our Designers and Sales teams came together for an internal MillerKnoll Skyline training, continuing to build the knowledge and expertise we bring to our clients every day.

Within our industry: We welcomed Tampa Bay interior designers to our CEU Summer Camp, creating an opportunity to connect, learn, and earn Continuing Education Units together.

Within our community: We wrapped up our School Supply Drive by delivering donations to DeSoto Elementary School in Tampa, helping students start the school year ready to learn.

From students just beginning their educational journeys, to emerging professionals, to experienced designers continuing to grow their expertise, education matters at every stage.

Big opportunities, small moments, and everyone in between. We’re proud to keep learning, sharing, and investing in what comes next.

Designed to support a growing workforce and the future of the organization, RIPA & Associates' 16,000 SF corporate office renovation creates a workplace that brings collaboration, training, and connection to the forefront.

Workscapes was proud to furnish both floors of the new office, providing solutions for 46 workstations, 11 private offices, conference and huddle spaces, training rooms, a café, collaborative gathering areas, and a welcoming lobby. The project also incorporated select furniture relocations, maximizing value while creating a cohesive workplace experience.

The result is a flexible, high-performance environment that supports productivity today while adapting to the needs of tomorrow.

Great conversations, new connections, and a room full of industry professionals.

We were pleased to host the CREW Tampa Bay Summer Social & Mid-Year Recruitment Event at our Tampa headquarters, bringing together current and prospective members for an evening of networking and community.
