Behind the Scenes

Our sewers work hard to bring every piece together seamlessly. Every stitch matters whether is it on a sofa or one of our throw pillows. 🧵🪡

Here you can see zippers being sewn on as well as pillows being completed with a welt.

Once these pieces are finalized they will move onto the next step in the production process where they will go to upholstery. 🛋️

It’s coming into frame… 👀
Every piece of furniture handcrafted here at Stanley Chair starts with an idea. That idea becomes a pattern; and then, it’s time to build the frame.

We have a whole lot of lumber in our shop, all sized accordingly each day. Whether it becomes part of a chair back, an arm, or another component, each piece is cut to size right here in our Tampa facility.

From raw lumber to the finished frame, there’s a lot that goes into making a Stanley Chair. 🇺🇸
