The Lot has a metered 20/30/50 RV Electeical service and you will need to establish an electricity account with the City of Tallahassee Utilities.

The park offers large quiet lots with an off leash dog park and on-site coin operated laundry facilities. Occupant must complete a park application and show proof of ownership of their RV.

Space rental is $390 per month and includes Water, Septic and Trash Disposal. You arrange to have the electricity turned on through the COT Utilities.

The park offers a quiet, private setting but is close to the city limits the park also has a small playground, an off-leash dog park and laundry facilities on site.

Interested persons MUST complete a park application AND be approved for residency through our background process (criminal and credit history).
