Guess this Rare Bird must be good luck. 😉 Both recently refreshed to RB standards, each desk retains a light original patina all their own, deep walnut grain and those unmistakable Brasilia arches and hardware. Drexel Counterpoint — a true American MCM icon. Designed by John Van Koert in the late 1950s, its inset round pulls, nearly aerodynamic looking lines give it an unmistakable look. These nightstands can grace either side of the bed in style or are designed to extend other pieces from this line, like chests & dressers — petite counterpoint chest also available in the shop.
