We want to thank all of Mattydale community for the support of our first year Northern Lights food truck Rodeo! Big thanks to Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Clearance Center and Town of Salina for making this a possibility! We will go back to the drawing board and see how we can make this event better for next year!

Food Truck Season might be slowing down.... but we are on Fire this week!!!! Make sure to stop out, say Hi and grab Some RedneckReuben Union before it's too late!!!!

Tomorrow Tuesday September 9th we will be parked at North Medical Center on Taft Road from 11:30am-1:30pm.... and then from 4pm-7pm you will find us at the LAST Northern Lights Plaza Food Truck Rodeo for the season (ps.... you might not want to miss this one, the line up is killer)!!!!

So, whether it's Lunch or Dinner... make sure to save room for some of your favorites!!!!
