Countertops of Syracuse is currently looking for a Showroom Customer Service Representative. A strong work ethic and attention to details are essential. This position is for part-time/full-time and will start between $15-$16 per hour with room to advance.

Job Summary:
Assist homeowners, contractors and builders with countertop selections.
Answer phone calls and manage online inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate showroom and field appointments.
Greet and assist walk in customer appointments.
Develop and maintain relationships between vendors and their representatives.
Maintain and restock showroom.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read kitchen layouts and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Design knowledge preferred but not necessary.
Excellent phone and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills in outlook, excel and word.
Valid NYS Drivers License
A high school diploma or GED.
