This is for Ethan 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you for bringing this to my attention:

Customer property stored at ExtraSpace Storage in connection with an emergency business relocation has been reported damaged. A customer who retrieved items indicated multiple pieces sustained damage. Due to a medical condition, I have not yet been able to personally inspect all stored property to determine the full scope and extent of damage. A complete inventory and condition assessment of all remaining customer property is pending before any items are released or claims are evaluated. I am filing this notice to place the carrier on record while the inspection is arranged.

The upholstery shop was still completing work just much slower without me but as we do take damage to items very very seriously we will be halting all work as well as the move to the bigger location until we get this all resolved . Please do not ask for refunds at this time and also please don’t try to extort, blackmail, bully or try to get me to be an accessory to insurance fraud- and yes Shaggy I mean you. Other than that let’s try and all get along so this doesn’t take all year. And if there is anything within my limited powers that I can do you all know I will. And if you know of any other upholsterers that are even slightly talented please shoot that info over here!!

To Ethan Paul , please do not give misinformation about my business on Facebook. And as to the picture you posted. You were the last person in the storage unit and there is surveillance footage of you. Please do not try and discredit someone who has been in business since 2007 and won the community votes award three years in a row. My customers know that I’m not the type of person to “screw over” anyone. I cannot disregard proper legal protocols because you are impatient. I would appreciate if you either took your post down or at least made it so that me or others could reply to your “post”. I also think we have very different pictures to post.
