We’re seeking experienced craftspeople, reliable team players, energetic self-starters, and individuals with prior management experience for our first-shift production team.
Current opportunities include:
🔹 CNC Operator
🔹 CNC Runner
🔹 Router
🔹 Lipper
🔹 Wooder
Relevant experience may include CNC equipment, handheld routers, 5-inch grinders, pneumatic tools, sanders, buffers, glue guns, spring clamps, hot-melt glue, construction adhesive, and other hand tools.
Ideal candidates will:
✅ Have a strong work history and excellent attendance
✅ Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Be detail-oriented and committed to quality
✅ Communicate effectively and solve problems
✅ Be able to stand throughout the shift
✅ Lift up to 40 pounds continuously
✅ Work around factory noise, dust, debris, and summer heat
✅ Be flexible and willing to cross-train
We are hiring within Fabrication Levels 2 and 3. Compensation depends on the position and fabrication level, with an introductory-period review and annual reviews thereafter.
