There's something so fun about unpacking a brand new cabinet line for the showroom.

I am really excited about this one. KitchenCraft from MasterBrand Cabinets has such a different feel than some of the other lines we carry. The full-access cabinetry, the finishes, the overall vibe - it just feels fresh and really design-forward in a way I know clients are going to love.

Today’s design table looked a little unhinged in the best possible way.

Three different projects.
Three different directions.
And approximately 400 variations of:
“wait… put that tile back next to the other one again.”

This part of the process is honestly so hard to explain unless you’ve lived through a remodel before. A cabinet color can look completely different once it’s next to flooring. One warm tone suddenly makes another look pink. Everyone swears they want contrast until the contrast is actually sitting in front of them.

And somehow after moving everything around fifty times… it finally clicks.

That moment when the materials start feeling less like samples and more like someone’s future home will never get old to me.
