Tater’s Barrel Works I’ve been enjoying bourbons and whiskey for a little while now and decided a storage solution was needed for my collection.

I can’t believe this is our 30th barrel. It seems like yesterday that we started this hobby.

The next barrel to receive our makeover comes from Southern Distilling in Statesville NC. It then made its way to Front Street Brewery in downtown Wilmington NC to age their Stout. I was fortunate enough to try the beer that came out of this barrel and it was amazing.

The barrels we do always have a great history or story to tell and can live on indefinitely as a great piece of furniture. We build them to last.

Blanton’s display shelf all done! This shelf will hold eight Blanton’s bourbon bottles and has provisions for the eight different toppers that you can collect. Each topper has a different letter that will spell Blanton’s and the horse and jockey are in a different stride from start to finish of a race. I’ve been lucky to have collected all the toppers. Now it’s this customers turn. We used Staves from an actual bourbon barrel that we incorporated into the front for that rustic barrel look.
