With a little love and patience this cabinet came back to life as a functional kitchen island. Finished in DB Juniper with brown wax and muted gold hardware, it boasts 3 full sized drawers, 2 smaller drawers and a large closed storage compartment. Casters have been added for mobility and the top is finished in a rich Minwax honey stain.

I’m loving this most recent creation! Made from a recycled oak panel cabinet door, this one of a kind decorative serving tray is approx. 10 3/4 in. Wide x 28 in. Long. The vibrant colors and dark stenciling give a nod to fantasy/whimsy or gothic romance. It’s finished with specialty black hardware and felt pads underneath. Multiple layers of clear coat gloss provide a durable protective finish.
