Sometimes the best part of the day isn't the big builds — it's the small thank-yous. 🌱

Whipped up this little engraved plant stand for one of our wholesale partners, The Plant Lady, as a thank-you for the business this year. Nothing fancy, just a little something to show we appreciate working with her.

Rest of the shop today was a mixed bag:
🪑 Tore down an old piano bench that came in for repair
✏️ Started the design work on a chair back repair
🪵 Broke down plywood for an upcoming corner hutch build

Never a dull day at the shop. More updates as these projects move along!

Another one found its forever home today! 🏡🔨

Delivered and installed this custom built-in entertainment center today for a wonderful client — and I have to say, that sage green finish against their stacked stone accent wall is chef's kiss. 😍

This piece was built to do it all: open display shelving on both sides, soft-close cabinet doors down below for hiding all the electronics and clutter, a built-in electric fireplace for cozy nights, and a custom-cut TV niche ready for their new television.

Every shelf, every door, every inch — built right here in the shop specifically for this space. No two builds are ever the same, because no two homes (or families) are the same.

Big shoutout to Dan Wilson, who drove all the way up from Spring Hill to help me get this installed today. Couldn't have pulled off a delivery this smooth without an extra set of hands (and a great attitude) — thank you, Daniel! 🙌

Once my client gets their TV mounted and the fireplace glowing, I'll share the fully styled final look — trust me, it's going to be gorgeous. 🔥📺

Poppy’s Woodworking & Furniture just finished this carved prototype sign for WC Woodworks Hardwoods & Sawmill here in Ocala.

This piece is a scaled-down sample of the 4-foot sign they’re planning for their yard, and it shows how cleanly I can capture detailed logos — mountains, trees, saw blade, and text — directly in solid wood.

I’ll be stopping by WC Woodworks tomorrow to pick up white oak for my next two projects, and I’m excited to keep the work moving.

🔥 Another custom build wrapped up and ready to roll out the door Tuesday! 🔥

This one's a full entertainment center with a built-in electric fireplace — solid sage green finish, open display shelving on both sides, and a floating mantel top. Just got the paint on it today, and once the fireplace insert and doors go in, this piece is heading home to its new family.
