Wanted to let folks know how large a selection of curio and display cabinets we have acquired here at Carter's. Over 30 display cabinet both large and small; all full of collectables! Here are a few pictures.

Carter's is open until 6 PM today. We are busy unpacking new collectables and setting up a new curio cabinet that just arrived.

As we rapidly progress from primarily a quality new furniture store into an eclectic blend of Vintage and Antique furniture store. We find that we are acquiring an impressive array of historic art. Sometimes we find that things are not always as they appear! The oil painting that we purchase was described as "Girl with Dog". However as we study the back of the painting it appears that the girl is actually a boy and that not just any dog it could be a '1870's Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog. Anyone that can provide more information on either the artist, the boy featured, or the dog we will greatly appreciate it.
