Working on this cool 1936 radio!
World War 2 was on the Horizon and the middle of the Great Depression. Jesse Owens won 4 gold medals at the Berlin Germany Olympics.
Social Security was born.
These radios kept them informed of so much pivotal things happening that year!

I got a lovely letter from Ann Teak and she loves Alaska! She is having me ship a bunch of cool items to her! I need to stop giving her the cold shoulder! Lol
She said 'Ole Man Winter is going to be there soon to check the area out and see if he wants it as his permanent residence.
I just heard from Ms. Daff O'Dill and Sir Jon Quill that they are popping in for a short visit as soon as the snow clears! 😁
They love Yellow and so love Yellow Barn Mercantile.
