Owners since 2014, long-time CEO Matt Quinn and COO Todd Perchinsky celebrate the mission of "finish first" initiated by the retired founder. Today, their leadership and creative direction expand this mission to the convergence of artistry and technique with new collections introducing a refined eye for form and juxtaposition of innovative materials and finishes

Candace, an immensely talented fine artist hand paints each of our Piedmont Cabinets.

The Piedmont Cabinet is built and painted by hand in our Maryland studio. The overall design of the piece is based on 18th Century Italian design but the hand painted motif is much more contemporary. Instead of mimicking the color saturated painted motifs and techniques of the period, we developed a fresh design, applying tone on tone paints in layers to create the effect of a charcoal drawing meets a toile.

The Brooks Table blends minimalism and subtle luxury with its open, airy silhouette. Kendall designed the table with rich woods complemented by rounded, leather-wrapped legs. The square table with a lower walnut shelf creates a clean structural balance while showcasing the attention of Iatesta Studio’s artisans, making it suitable for both traditional and modern interiors.

A 25 Year Journey 🪑 From finance to furniture Matt Quinn began his career in the design industry in 2001, becoming CEO of Iatesta Studio (formerly David Iatesta). He stepped off Wall Street and into and knew instantly he wanted to be a part of this legacy.

Today, Matt serves as Owner, CEO, Creative Director of Iatesta Studio, celebrating the “finish first” philosophy and expanding the mission of refined artistry and innovative design with a team of skilled artisans and makers on Kent Island, Maryland.

Nature never forces its beauty

By blending organic greens, blues, and bronze tones into our metalwork, we set out to capture the depth of the outdoors with our new Rubber Verdigris finish. Working with , we worked to create an artistic, patina finish that adds true character to our New Ainsley Chandelier.

Both a sculptural and a quietly dramatic, the Ainsley Chandelier is available in one, two, and three-tier configurations. The shade is divided into subtle vertical panels, creating soft ridges on the sides of the light fixture. The oxidized copper green gives the chandelier an artisanal, earthy feel, highlighting its industrial strength while balancing weight with elegance.

We’re thrilled that the x collection is now available to the design community.

We’ve loved looking back on our pop-up where we previewed four lighting designs during Paris Design Week. The Isabella, available as a chandelier, lantern, and pendant, showcases intricate fretwork. Then the captivating, sculpturally draped Ainsley Chandelier Size I, now available in three different tier sets. All available in brand-new finishes: Rubbed Verdigris, Antique Ivory, and Bronze.

”Fashion continually informs my work. I love blending drapes, folds, and curves, creating designs that mix materials and a spirit of creative discovery,” shares Kendall Wilkinson.
