House clean out? Attic Garage or Basement? What is Junk? What's worth selling. I CAN HELP!

I have helped dozens of families and businesses work through their home or office items, helping determine what can be dumped, donated and kept for resale.
Many Families who have maybe lost a love one and need to clean up and empty the house for sale have a huge task in front of them and limited time to sort through it all. What is junk? What should we keep for ourselves? What can be sold?
Many businesses who just need to clear off their delivery bay or a storage room or offices before a move have the same question.

I work with various junk companies so have a good contact for your junk, can suggest items that can be donated, so less waste and then sell the rest of your more valuable items for commission. I’ve not made really much over a number of months but I have been painting and are willing to sell some and willing to do paint pieces in colors you want.
