The pink Moroccan-style desk found its new home! I just love love the idea of using furniture in an unconventional way, like turning it into a unique plant stand. Thanks to Rebecca for sharing, Chef’s kiss 👩‍🍳 💋 with the decor!

For This week’s revibed project, I bring you a Moroccan-inspired design featuring lots and lots of raised stenciling and a bold mix of apricot, pink, and orange.

I found this boring brown desk at my local thrift store. It was in decent shape and I liked the unique drawer pulls, they reminded me of moroccan trellis, so I decided to pick it up.

Inspired by the pulls, I dove headfirst into the Moroccan theme, applying raised trellis stenciling all over using Cutting Edge Stencils' Tamara Trellis pattern and my homemade Quick Set joint compound stenciling paste.

And to add a little more interest, I decoupaged the drawer sides with vintage scrapbook paper.

I absolutely love bold colors so I had a blast revibing this one. Now, on to find the unique person who will fall in love with this piece and give it a home.

I had this old dusty jewelry box and finally gave it a dreamy makeover! It was the perfect gift for my adorable little cousin, who loves to dress up with jewelry. I wanted to customize it as much as possible for her, so instead of searching for ready-made decoupage paper, I printed out my own and it turned out lovely!

Recently, I thrifted a cute little table for $5.99. The pedestal style inspired me to go for a light-airy-French-garden-tea party design. When I think tea and chic, I think chinoiserie. Chinoiserie, from the French term meaning “Chinese-esque,” is a worldly and ageless aesthetic that has remained popular since it originated in Europe around 1750. You can’t go wrong with this enduring and versatile style that can be adapted to fit virtually anywhere.

Le Chat Noir desk is complete! I have a love hate relationship with decoupaging on furniture, but the end result is always worth the struggle. Learned a couple of things on this one, DONT mix your decoupaging mediums and the Mod Podge matte is NOT matte at all🤦🏽‍♀️… More pictures coming 🔜
