🎂🥕🌼 A little throwback… with a new twist! ✨

This 6-inch carrot cake was actually inspired by a cake I made previously in an 8-inch size! This time, we made it a little smaller, but kept all the delicious details. 🧡

🎂🎉 This sweet smash cake was made with a vanilla cake, strawberry filling, and whipped cream 🍓🤍and the best part? It was made sugar-free and dye-free! ✨

Sweetened with monk fruit 🌿, so this little birthday celebration can still have all the fun of cake without the added sugar or artificial dyes. 🎂💗

There’s just something extra adorable about a tiny cake made especially for tiny hands. 🥹🧁

I’ve recently streamlined my menu to focus on the breads and baked goods I most enjoy making and that I’m proud to offer. That means a simpler menu, a more focused selection, and the same commitment to organic, high-quality ingredients. 🌾

Today, we remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We remember the innocent lives taken, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the countless families and communities forever changed that day.

May we never forget their names, their lives, or the courage and sacrifice witnessed in the face of unimaginable tragedy. 🇺🇸

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

🦖🌿 A Dino birthday cake! 🌿🦖

This two-layer cake was made with Baking Bliss NWA’s signature chocolate cake (moist, rich, and decadent) with a light whipped cream filling between the layers and silky Swiss meringue buttercream frosting!

This one was definitely a labor of love! From carefully cutting out all the little fondant embellishments to shaping each piece of “foliage” and building all the dinosaur-inspired details, there were a lot of tiny pieces that went into bringing this cake together! 🌿🦕✨

And a special shoutout to my mom, who handmade the little dinosaur eggs on top! 🥚💛 They were the perfect finishing touch! 🫶

The cake was also paired with matching cupcakes, each topped with a handmade cupcake topper featuring the birthday boy himself! 🧁🎉

As always, everything was made completely from scratch using organic, high-quality ingredients 🤗

Saturday is almost here, and Baking Bliss NWA is headed back to the Springdale Farmers' Market at the Jones Center! 🌿🧺

🚔🎂 A birthday celebration with a little extra sweetness! 🎉🧁

I recently had the fun of creating this police-themed birthday cake and cupcake set! 👮‍♂️💙❤️

The centerpiece was a vanilla cake layered with fresh strawberry and cream filling, covered in Swiss meringue buttercream and finished with fresh strawberries and a little toy police car on top. 🍓🚓

And for the cupcakes, we had a delicious lineup:

🍫 Chocolate cupcakes with rich chocolate ganache filling
🍓 Strawberry cupcakes with strawberry filling
🤍 All finished with silky Swiss meringue buttercream

As always, everything was made with organic, high-quality ingredients (and no artificial food coloring! 🙌)

The deep blue was naturally created using black cocoa and blue matcha powder, while the red came from beet powder. ❤️💙
