This set of pictures shows an aged farmhouse that underwent a significant renovation by Thosath Co. roughly six years ago. Perched above downtown Spokane near Sunset Highway, the house required considerable work, including the incorporation of five substantial beams and an open floor plan design that notably removed the central staircase. The renovation was a hu ofge success, and the property is thriving as an Airbnb.

-pony wall wrapped with solid cherry shiplap.

-custom built in shoe rack alder trim and melamine shelves.

This is a bar top I recently crafted out of 4x8 lumber from an old deck project that I demo’ed and rebuilt this summer. It was massive. Very heavy but turned out great! Glued most of it up in my shop and then glued the rest onsite. I used a 24 grit belt sanding belt to create a semi-rough “old” feel. The stain is a hickory gel-stain.

I squeezed in a backsplash job this week for a Thanksgiving emergency for a long time Thosath client. Teak wood. I made frames for the outlets/light switches for the teak to terminate into. Turned out great!
