You may want to get some Frontline for your dogs... apparently it’s tick season 😳😬 this little guy was in our backyard!

The sun is out and that means so are our kiddos... please remind your young drivers to slow down while driving through the neighborhood.

A young girl driving a white BMW SUV just whipped through Austin Lane going much too fast and not slowing down around the curve to look for pedestrians or kids playing. It also appeared that she was looking at a cell phone... scary!

Please help keep our neighborhood safe by enforcing safe driving.

Everyone is welcome - neighbors and friends!

We have lots of new neighbors to meet and welcome into our community!

For the kids we have a photo booth, jumping castles, games, face painting, treats and lots more!

We will have a portion of Austin Ln. blocked off like last years party starting at the corner of W Westover Ln. and Austin Ln. (Starting in front of our neighbors the Startin's home and up the block stopping at the Beasley's house. Westover Lane off of Orchard will be open as well as Northview ) Pack up your family and a dish to share. If available bring plates, cups, utensils, a beverage, table, lawn chairs and games.

Volunteers (face painting, game organizers, clean up crew and hosts for front yards) are always welcome please contact
