Some of our clients have been confused about a new policy regarding a Customer Own Material waiver (COM) . At Kingston Fabrics & Upholstery, we love a good “bring your own fabric” situation—it’s like showing up to a potluck with a fabulous dish. We’re all in on making your projects look stunning, tailored, and worthy of a big debut. That said… since we didn’t personally meet this fabric at the source, we can’t fully vouch for its personality. Some fabrics are total angels, and others… well, they have opinions (shrinking, stretching, or acting brand new mid-project). Our COM waiver simply keeps things clear: we stand behind our craftsmanship 100%, but your fabric is, respectfully, its own main character. It keeps everything clear, protects the integrity of the final piece, and ensures everyone stays on the same page—no surprises, just a beautiful result ! ✨

We were honored to custom build the booths for this incredible restaurant under the design vision of Greg O’Neal. The rich fabrics, warm lighting, and layered details make every table feel intimate and special.

And if you go…
the oysters and tea-smoked duck are a must. And meeting Top Chef Shirley was a delight for us .
