IT'S ALIVE!!
Nothing to tickle two pitmasters like restoring a new (to us) fully functioning professional offset smoker pit. What an ordeal!
Help us name it! The names that are taken are: Mark 1, Mark 2, Gomer, and The Geeg. The suggestion has been made that we call this one "Buehler" . . . because it has a Ferris wheel. What do you think?
