Alright, September is almost here! ET&T is here to remind you of a couple of key points to remember for your seasonal, "windy" days!

Pool & Amenity Deck
1 Remove all furniture, towels, and décor
2 Secure pool covers and equipment rooms
3 Lower water level per guidelines
4 Turn off non-essential electrical systems

Playground Areas
1 Inspect and tighten all bolts
2 Remove loose play items and signage
3 Secure or remove shade structures
4 Close and lock access

Dog Parks
1 Remove agility equipment if movable
2 Secure fences and gates
3 Clear waste stations and loose items
4 Post closure notices

Outdoor Seating / Common Areas
1 Stack or store all furniture
2 Remove cushions and umbrellas
3 Anchor heavy fixtures
4 Clear decorative items

Landscaping & Grounds
1 Trim trees and remove weak branches
2 Secure or move potted plants
3 Clear debris and loose materials
4 Stake young trees

Parking Lots & Signage
1 Remove temporary signs and flags
2 Secure light fixtures
3 Mark flood-prone areas
4 Ensure clear evacuation routes

Construction / Maintenance Areas
1 Secure materials and tools
