Last minute reschedule plans! The days just fly by and we didn't realize this week is Good Friday. That meant mid week run to pick up orders. Reminder, the store is by appointment. Also, we have a few items on hand but many things we can order and payment plans available. Message us today to discuss your options!

It's our 15th spring of selling furniture🥳; we're excited to share 15 celebratory deals. Single-item pictures require orders by April 2nd while supplies last, with items arriving April 3rd. We offer online ordering for your convenience, processing orders without the need for a shop visit. Please be aware that our standard hours are no longer applicable; I will be in the shop on Monday, except for April 2nd - please message for times.

A couple of last minute tips you can do now ahead of the storm that we haven't seen circulating. If you have one add to comments below‼️
1- Take off your trash now. You don't want to be struggling with a full trash can if you are stuck home for days🗑️
2- When you are cooking add a pot of water to add humidity to the room. We know dry heat and humid heat in the summer makes a difference (not safe to have it constantly)🍲
3- Charge all the electronics even the ones in the junk drawer. It may only work for 30 mins to an hour but it may be the break you need especially with kids. Don't forget the old cord headphones! 🎧
4- If you are going to be doing the primary one room heated method. Create a snack/activity tote. You don't want to be opening doors losing heat running around unnecessarily.🥨
5- If you are doing #4 have a cooler ready before the snow turns to ice pack the bottom and add drinks then more snow on top. This keeps you from opening the refrigerator.🌨️
6- Heat rises. If your family is going to be all in one room then a sleeping bag on the floor isn't the best idea. Elevate the surface if possible mattresses. You can slide two sofas(or sofa/love) together facing each other. The sofas will be like having a lot of installation on 3 sides. 🛋️
7- If you haven't seen it yet tents inside are good to trap body heat. It can also be fun for kids. Again elevate and then insulate with blankets on top. Make sure you can still get fresh air but not drafts. This method is better to have more blankets on top and light individual blankets on each person (if you don't like sharing blankets.🎪
8- Card games, board games, arts/crafts, download some new books. It's not the time to try out UFC or wrestling moves on each other (for fun or in anger) Neither is the opposite of fighting, too much love and you may look like you swallowed the pumpkin come October 🤰🏼

Our other businesses Just Chunkin' Junk, Alexia's - Moving Services, Alexia's- Vacation Rental Cleanings keep us so busy and furniture sales are down across the board. We have rented out half of our sales floor and need to shuffle things around. That means I need some things to sell ASAP. I will be in and out of the shop now until Thursday.
