In true procrastinator fashion, we just finished the first of our February projects! 6 days left to get that desk refinish done 😂

This custom lazy susan is on its way to our client’s cabin in Maine! She asked to keep it simple with a navy blue silhouette of the state stenciled onto a natural finish. We sealed this piece with polyurethane for that beautiful shine and protection.

We just love the simplicity of this piece, and are confident it’s going to be a great addition to that cabin decor!

The second of our completed January projects is the shelf we repainted for our nursery.

We got this piece from Facebook marketplace for just $8 and loved the extra hooks and storage it would be able to provide us with. We weren’t as in love with the outdated finish, but knew we couldn’t pass up such a great deal!

To match this shelf to our nursery decor, we painted it using chalked paint in charcoal and then grey washed over the charcoal using chalked paint in aged gray. We added one coat of polyurethane to seal and protect.

We are so happy with how this shelf turned out, and once we clean all the boxes out of the nursery, we’ll share pics of how it all came together 😍

Finally getting around to staging and sharing our finished January projects!

This beauty came to us from our good friend , who got many years from this piece but no longer had use for it. Originally we thought we would repurpose it for our nursery, using it as a changing table, but my sister passed down her nursery furniture to us, leaving my niece in need of some ‘big girl’ furniture.

We jumped at the opportunity to trade pieces with my sister and knew this was the PERFECT dresser for my niece. She chose an all white painted finish with faux crystal hardware, and we were really able to make her vision a reality!

This dresser turned out better than we could have imagined, and we are 100% going to steal it back once my niece goes to college 😉

One more custom lazy susan on the way to its forever home!

Our client was looking for something simple but beautiful to add to her home decor. She chose a classic stain color and opted for no stenciling. We stained this piece using special chestnut and sealed it with two coats of polyurethane for added protection and durability. Just look at how that wood grain pops! 😍
