Meet the fourth owners of Cross Cabinets and woodworking LLC. I’m retiring this year and turning it over to the best of the best. They threw a retirement party for me today and it was bittersweet and wonderful all at the same time. The new owners- Marisa Williams and Travis Guinn.
The company is in great hands.

I’m collecting supplies to bring to Food City on Wednesday. If you would like us to drop them off- I’ll bring my Cross Cabinets trailer- or a truck- to pick things up to donate to our neighbors in Western Tennessee. Let me know if you would like to donate. Water, canned goods, diapers etc. please drop off in the morning. We will get them to Food City by noon.

Looking to Hire an Experienced Cabinet Finisher.

The Cabinet Finisher must be knowledgeable in all aspects of finishing with
an emphasis on quality and consistency. The Cabinet Finisher would be
responsible for surface preparation, applying stains, paints, lacquers, and top coats to
a variety of woods and veneers, color matching, and using / maintaining the
spray booth. The Cabinet Finisher will be responsible for knowing and
practicing safe working methods, and have a strong knowledge of shop
practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, quality control and
safety equipment. Dedication to quality craftsmanship is essential in this role.
He or she will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy work area
and assisting in conducting regular maintenance of tools and machinery.

Job Requirements -
Common knowledge of woodworking skills and tools.
Installation experience preferred.
Trim carpentry experience preferred.
Eye for detail is a plus.
Communicate with clients.
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license.
