Maple cream! It can be used on toast, waffles, dipped in pretzels, used for a homemade frosting, coffee, so many ways.
We made a batch and it’s ready for you.
How is it made? Glad you asked.
First, we heat 5 gallons of our light amber syrup to the required temperature.
Next, we cool it in a continuous flow cooling bath.
Then, pour it in the cream machine so it stirs into a beautiful, smooth cream.
This entire process from heating to freezer takes approximately 6 hours.
There is some available in the self serve boxes in Smithville and Holmesville.

2020 maple season has come to a close.
111,000 gallons of sap was collected which boiled down to 1500 gallons of syrup.
The sugar count was low this year but it sure does taste good.
Get ahold of Butch (Joe) or Beth for your maple syrup or cream needs.
There are self serve boxes in Smithville and Holmesville.
Cash, check or Venmo is accepted.
