1940's Octagon Shaped Swivel Book Table
Asking $40.
Condition: good with small scratches.
size / dimensions: 26" high x 25" wide, x 25" deep

There is a little smudge on the tabletop surface, about an inch long/wide and a few little scratches, but all-over, the table is a good condition, solid wood. Solid turning action. It appears to be maple, but not sure.

Royal Typewriter - Late 1940s-50s

Classic style. Very nice lines. Some small scratches, but the logo and overall condition of the typewriter is good.
I last tested typing on the typewriter with paper, 10 years ago and the keys worked then but, after sitting for ten years with a cover the typewriter keys stick a little. I believe it needs a new ribbon and some lubrication but have not consulted with an expert.
The typewriter was used as a studio prop for a newspaper cable show.
