Our farmland is more than open space.

It’s where generations worked before sunrise, battled droughts and storms, and built a way of life from the ground up.

Progress matters.

Clean energy matters.

But so does protecting the land that feeds our families and supports our communities.

Many people look at a field and see empty space.

Farmers see opportunity, hard work, and a legacy passed from one generation to the next.

There’s room for innovation without forgetting the value of productive farmland.

The strongest future is one that balances growth with common sense, preserving the land that sustains us while finding smart places for new development.

Some things are worth protecting because once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

Obama Center Requires Proof of Residency While Democrats Fight Voter ID.

Social media is erupting after the Obama Presidential Center announced that Illinois residents must show a "valid photo ID" to get into the museum for free. Critics are calling out the irony: while the former President’s allies often label voter ID laws "suppression," his own center requires the exact same documentation for a museum ticket. If an ID is necessary to protect a "timed entry" slot, why isn't it necessary to protect the heart and soul of our elections?
