Hey hey! Yes, we are all on quarantine and it’s a great time to paint! You can get your home ready for market by doing the simplest and most effective updates!
Most buyers don’t want to paint the entire house, so having that step finished puts you ahead of the game. Choose trendy neutral colors and add pop colors with accents such as framed art, pillows, and flowers. A little touch here and there goes a long way.

Remember: Less is more. Keep it simple 😉

Spring is around the bend and with that comes spring cleaning!
Here are my simple tips to decluttering.

1: Make separate piles of categories by their own kind. Example: shoe pile, clothes pile... Do not skip this step!
2: Hold each item one by one. Does it bring you Joy? Is it something you desire to bring into your future? If so, keep it.
If not, discard.
3: Everything in the home has a proper place. Find that place and keep things clean and organized.
