Big day at Jamison’s! We had a visit from Ryan, The owner of Smokin Brothers, Inc. while he’s in town doing what they do best: This year they are smoking up incredible food for the Kentucky Derby.
Ryan made the trip all the way out to Bagdad to visit us, their local Smokin Brothers dealer, and meet Buckshot at B&N, who has purchased four Smokin Brothers smokers through Jamison’s. It’s not every day an owner takes time out of a packed schedule to personally stop by, make introductions, answer questions, and share some genuinely valuable tricks and tips from the trade.

When we first approached Justin “Buckshot” about testing one of the Smokin Brothers smokers we carry, we asked him to put it through a real pitmaster’s trial of three full months in the smokehouse. At the time, B&N was already running multiple pellet grills and with turkey season right around the corner Buckshot was more than ready to put it to work and put it to work he did!

A few months later, when we called to pick up the smoker and get his feedback. Buckshot told us to come get the testimonial… and a check. That first test turned into a purchase in December 2023, and he hasn’t looked back since.
