Second Home Crashpad is owned and occupied by a 17-year SkyWest employee dedicated to offering a home away from home for female flight attendants, pilots and other airline employees.

Clean, bright and spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom secure apartment in Seatac, WA within walking distance of the Seatac airport and Light Rail station. Twelve cold beds (with privacy curtains) for month-to-month lease, $370/month.

Each of the three bedrooms sleep four ladies (two rooms with bunkbeds) and are organized with dedicated closet space, cubbie storage and underbed space. Space in bathrooms includes assigned areas for toiletries and other personal items.

Rent includes:
- Bedding (bedspread, sheets, pillow, towel)
- Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels)
- Cleaning products (sanitizing wipes, disinfecting spray, dish/hand soap, sponges). Unit is also professionally cleaned every two weeks.
- Laundry products for in-unit washer and dryer (detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, dryer sheets). Iron and iron board also provided.
- Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, utensils, air fryer, rice cooker, spices, zip lock bags, tin foil, baking pans). Two fridges with freezer and dedicated cabinet storage.
- Entertainment (wifi & smart TV with cable, in-building fitness center and community bbq area).
