Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant
Location: Seabrook, NH
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday- Saturday
About Us
We are a well-established, profitable kitchen design company with a strong referral base and consistent lead flow. Our sales team is goal-driven, design-focused, and supported by a streamlined process that allows designers to focus on selling and creating great spaces. We are ranked the top cabinet store in Seabrook NH.
Our sales on cabinets alone - target is $1 million annually.
Compensation: Flexible and based on experience. We offer a competitive pay structure that includes an hourly rate plus commission, with details depending on schedule and the qualifications of the selected candidate.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to design and sell kitchen cabinetry and related products
Create kitchen layouts and design concepts using design software
Manage projects from initial consultation through final sale
Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors
Follow up on leads and maintain strong client communication
Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals
Qualifications
Previous kitchen design and/or sales experience preferred
Knowledge of cabinetry, layouts, and kitchen design principles
Strong communication and closing skills
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working full-time, including Saturday half days
Design software experience (20/20, ProKitchen, etc.) is a plus
