***Most customers have been notified by letter if they had any furniture in my possession that I am retiring from furniture repairs and refinishing, and as of July 1st, 2018 I will be closing my doors***

After completing the move to my new shop in February I took some personal time off to relax after a very long and stressful year of many long hours every week trying to meet everyone's need in relation to their furniture. During this time I reflected on my life and the past 13 years of furniture refinishing ( 7 years as an apprentice/6 years in business). I've concluded its time to retire for the benefit of my own personal health and peace of mind. I have started another business early last year and I am now more interested in continuing to grow my new business and other endeavors at this point in my life.

To my longtime customers and friends I've made over the years, people who have sent me heart written thank you letters for a job well done, Christmas wishes, and birthday cards years after completion of their furniture projects, I thank you and wish you all the best in life God bless.

~~~Attention Customers~~~
***Serious changes to my business please read***

I have recently completed the move to my new location and I am still in the process of setting my new equipment up and unpacking. This will take several weeks to a month. I have also decided during this period to take some time off to relax and not rush back into things. Ive worked very hard over the past 6 years, Ive been in business with regular 60-80hr weeks. In short, Im tired, stressed out, and need some personal time to myself for awile.

Obviously this will cause delays for all of my customers. I am well aware that some items have been in my possession for a long period of time already. If you would prefer not to wait for your furniture to be done. A calm and courteous call to me is all that is necessary to have your deposit refunded, and your items can be scheduled for pickup.

My hours of operation beginning from now and into the future will be as follows. Tuesday -Friday 3pm-6pm Saturday 10am-4pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY you MUST call ahead of time and make arrangements with me. No longer will I allow unscheduled arrivals. If any of those days fall onto a holiday I will be closed.

New customers or returning customers looking to have work performed. I am starting a queue. When the current work load I have now is completed I will begin working off of that list. Expect 3-4 months delay from my current work load ( Im very busy )

To the portion of my customer base that comes from my past association with Sculps Hill Furniture. Im sorry, but I will no longer be providing you with finishing services and will no longer be associating with that company. I am grateful for your business over the years, truly I am. But I would like to concentrate completely on the refinishing and repairs of antique furniture from this point on. No exceptions will be made in this matter.
