* THE RIGHT FIT: Ensure helmets sit level on the head, buckled snugly, with side straps forming a "V" under each ear.
* GO WITH THE FLOW: Florida law requires people on bicycles to ride in the same direction as traffic.
* BE SEEN: Equip bikes with a front white light and a rear red reflector and light, especially for early morning rides.
