This Longboat Key condo wasn’t selling… all because of the cabinet color.

The owner needed a FAST transformation—without stopping showings or pulling the home off the market.

From Bradenton → Sarasota → Englewood, we wrapped up three full cabinet transformations today — and the results speak for themselves.

🔨 Big Project in Progress on Longboat Key

We’re currently in the middle of one of our largest refinishing projects of the year — a full-home cabinet transformation on Longboat Key.

This home features over 225 cabinet pieces that are all being professionally refinished.

Spaces included in this project:

• Kitchen
• Laundry Room
• Built-In Entertainment Center
• Office Desk Area
• 4 Built-In Closets
• 5 Bathrooms

Every piece is being refinished to the beautiful Shiitake color, creating a clean, warm, modern look throughout the entire home.

Right now our team has removed all doors and drawer fronts and has begun the cleaning, prepping, and priming process before the final finish coats are applied.

Projects like this require serious organization, craftsmanship, and attention to detail — and we’re excited to bring this entire home back to life.

These are the before photos 👀 — arched doors, dated profile, and a layout that just wasn’t fitting their style anymore.

Instead of tearing everything out, this homeowner chose a custom cabinet reface — and we just finished spraying all of the framework! 🙌

This kitchen (and TWO bathrooms 🙌) just got a serious glow-up.

The old off-white/cream tone had its moment…

But the homeowners were ready for something brighter, fresher, and way more modern.

Primer sanded smooth, then two coats of a 2K specialty cabinet finish sprayed for durability and a factory-quality look.
