Closer look at “I love Sushi” New Years piece… the place was hopin , full house and about 200 to go orders for the night ,the whole staff scrambling and coordinating to make sure everything is perfect as the owner Sarah is at the helm “ there are to be no mistakes” translated from Korean … I promised to make my appearance as it was New Years knowing damn well I couldn’t disappoint but still had to get up for an inventory at 2am …..😶the place full, tense with efficiency and quick smiles and interactions with customers getting the most perfect Sushis and rolls even without the main Chef Saijing being there ….everyone loves this guy and buys him drinks as he makes Sushi toasting hourly, he always goes the extra mile interacting with everyone like an old friend………
I sat down and ordered two rolls and a salmon 🍣 Ms Shimada brought me a Kirin and I got to drawing … droopingly tired but non the less I squeezed this little fishy out the blue ball point pen on the paper provided for me to check off my sushi on the menu lol🍱✌🏽
