Did you know fall is actually the best time to plant pansies here in New Mexico? 🌸 They love the cooler temps, and their roots get a chance to settle in nicely before winter, which means bigger, hardier blooms once spring rolls around.
A few tips to get them off to a great start:

🌱 Plant in a spot with good drainage and at least a few hours of sun
🌱 Water deeply after planting, then keep soil lightly moist (not soggy)
🌱 Add a layer of mulch to help regulate soil temperature as it gets colder
🌱 Deadhead spent blooms to keep new flowers coming

🌿 Meet the Hoya Hindu Rope: the houseplant that decided ordinary leaves were far too boring.
