Looking through old albums and finding these picture really bring back some memories, so I’ll be posting them up because I feel this is where they belong, but don’t get it twisted Team Modular is permanently closed and will stay that way…I will forever be grateful to all the people who contributed to its success, enjoy the pictures and stay tuned for more upcoming.🙏

Frank’s number one goal is to make every project a success. His dedication, passion and hard work have attributed to his longevity in the commercial furniture industry. He began as a Field Installer in 1998, a Lead Man in 2001, worked tirelessly on his way to becoming a Team Leader, and now is the current President and CEO of an installation company he founded in 2006 (Team Modular Inc.).

His Furniture Systems Installation company has maintained success because of his Field and Warehouse experience, his ability to work with clients by accommodating schedules, appoint the appropriate Managers, Staff ect. to meet client expectations. Works with Project Managers to coordinate man power ,deliveries and communicates well with clients end users and mainly by taking every single project personal. A knowledgeable team with the expertise of various systems include but are not limited to: Knoll, Haworth, Kimball, Holcon, Steelcase, Herman Miller, Hon ect. Having Frank, his team of experienced Managers, Lead Mans and installers on your project is the first step in assuring your installation will be well coordinated and completed in time without sacrificing detail and quality.

Manny has a unique way of approaching furniture installation projects and contributing to their success. His abilities to manage a large crew on a large scale project, and excellent communication are only a part of his abilities. He also takes a very personal approach by making sure his work crew is well prepared, that his equipment is in working order and to provide a safe work environment for everyone involved. His dedication, work ethic, and eye for detail have been key to many successful projects.
His 21-years of experience include but are not limited to: Field Installer, Field verifications (furniture and office spaces), Installation Leadman, Relocations Manager, Inspect/Repair and day-to-day service coordination. His experience in modular furniture installations include various systems such as Knoll, Kimball, Steelcase, Haworth, Herman Miller, Hon, ect… Manny has been very successful in his current position as Installation Manager for the last 13-years.
Responsibilities:
Become acquainted with the project and project needs by doing preliminary planning prior to commencement of project.
Onsite coordination of installation crew. Appoint installers to work areas based on experience, and skills.
Communicate with Project Manager to accomplish quality of installation, project needs, daily agendas and assuring that time frames are met.
Accomplishments
Managed Large Installation crews of over 80 installers, on project with NEW Furniture or Reconfigurations that included over 2500 stations on multiple floors and buildings .
Successfully Completed projects that require onsite receiving of multiple trailers for various floor or wings.
Has successfully coordinated moves that involved over 400+ employees to various locations .
Has been placed in charge of Managing accounts to provide day to day services in high rise buildings with over 30 floors for periods of over 3 years.
