My day starts around 7:00 am.

First, I review with the installers as to what project they will be working on that day, make sure they have the supplies, parts, and plans they need, so they can get the work done as efficiently as possible on site.

Then I’ll review with the shop foreman what is being done that day, and any items that need to be made a priority that day.

Finally I’ll review with our Draftsmen his progress, and go over any questions he may have, and go over any new projects to be drawn.
