My family upholstery shop is looking for a happy, energized person to join our family. Phone etiquette is key for our shop. We will teach you to talk out upholstery lingo.

SORTING FABRIC DELIVERIES
Perform basic clerical duties (filing, printing/scanning, sorting mail, maintaining organisation, invoicing clients using Quickbooks desktop/online (prefer experience but willing to train) and Google Docs, Word.
Customer Service is key (face to face, via phone, email and texting). We will be training how to estimate projects.
You will be assisting with fabrics selling to clients and scheduling fabric consultations at our workshop (helping customers find fabrics they love, ordering from vendors, marking them in and putting them away).
Reliability, punctuality are required. Must be able to read, write, type and clearly communicate verbally in English. Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
Must be routinely able to lift 10-40 lbs package(s) every day).
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Quick books: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
Administrative Duties: Answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, email quotes and Invoices.
Financial Duties: Processing payments and Invoices Billing Purchasing
