Not every wedding design is meant to decorate a space. Some are meant to transform it.
For this celebration in Ahmedabad, This Humid House created Cotton River — a ceremonial landscape where architecture, water, texture, and florals moved together as one immersive experience. Floating cotton fields, torn marigold petals, rosewater, hibiscus blooms, and locally foraged foliage formed a living installation that shifted beautifully throughout the day.
The design leaned into restraint over excess — letting natural materials and intentional structure carry the full emotional weight. Textile-wrapped gates, saffron-toned floating platforms, and botanical textures woven into every surface turned the venue into something closer to a poem than a backdrop.
