Great little project this weekend for the garden. Commissioned by my wife because neither of us like the options for tomato cages out there, so I whipped up these redwood trellises. Live near Petaluma? Need some vine supports? $50 per trellis, 8’ tall before pounding into the ground, 4 legs with a center pole 24” above the ground. DM to order.

Prototype day. This chair looks great on the computer but is way to big off screen. That’s why prototypes are key. At this point I make sure that angles, thicknesses, widths and heights are as drawn and don’t care too much about seeing fasteners or tear out. This one needs to be 4” narrower and everything else will adjust in proportion.
